Individualized Pathways: Differentiate instruction based on where students are on the proficiency continuum, ensuring all students reach mastery at their own pace.

Classroom Management: Maintain a student-centered environment that fosters agency, collaboration, and critical thinking.
Desired Skills & Experience

PBL Expertise: Demonstrated experience designing "Gold Standard" projects with a public product or exhibition.

Proficiency-Based Grading: Practical understanding of how to assess skills/competencies

Innovation: Ability to integrate modern technology and creative problem-solving into daily lessons.

Collaboration: Willingness to co-teach and plan with colleagues across different subject areas.

Experience in a non-traditional or competency-based learning environment is a strong plus.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field.

Valid State Teaching License
